Private Event Inquiries and Reservations
We can hardly wait to meet you! To begin the process of booking your event, please share the details of your special day by completing the form below. A member of our team will contact you within three days of receiving your request to discuss our availability, pricing and personalization options.
Your tea party will be reserved when we receive both your deposit and signed contract. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability can change at any time.
Tea with Mrs. B, LLC respects and adheres to the highest standard in safeguarding information received from or about the children and guests at our parties and events. We do not sell or share information to others. We reserve the right to use all photos for promotional purposes of Tea with Mrs. B, LLC but will not divulge names, ages, locations or any other revealing information.





REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY
As a small business, we do our best to accommodate shifting schedules and unforeseen circumstances. The foundation of our operations are to teach and practice good manners, therefore as your host, we expect reservations to be honored. Private party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Public event reservations may be refunded with at least one week’s notice prior to event with an administrative penalty. Future credits for public events are available with at least one week’s notice, but must be redeemed within the calendar year. Last minute event cancellations (less than one week prior to event) are non-refundable. In this instance, you may transfer your tickets to other guests in your place but please let us know should you choose this avenue.
