This small group provides a well rounded social environment to brush up on the soft skills of life\, gently guided by Mrs. B and her excellent team. We encourage positive behavior and responsibility paired with good old fashioned fun. Arts\, crafts and creative play for every age is a staple to each day. \nLUNCH\nPlease send your child with a packed lunch. Catered lunch will only be available on Friday. \n\nEXTENDED CARE\nEarly bird drop-off (8-9am) and Late Owl pick-up (3-5pm) are included in Extended Care. This is a flat rate\, which is not pro-rated for singular attendance to morning or afternoon care. Late pick-ups may be charged extended care fee. This small group\, public gathering is a decadent experience for toddlers to attend with adults!  Older children are invited as well but we encourage our littlest friends to attend. \nThe group will be seated at the same table but with additional space between each guest because we are significantly below capacity. \nWorried your little one might be a bull in a tea shop? Fret not! Mrs. B thinks tots should enjoy the finer things\, too. We delight in having all ages enjoy a beautiful table and delicious treats. A lovely setting like this is the best way to learn how to be poised and polite. \nThis tea is designed as a public event to encourage meeting new people\, practicing good manners and experiencing the tea room in all it’s glory. Please refrain from bulk purchases this is meant to be a public event. \nPlease contact us at Info@TeawithMrsB.com if: \n\nYou would like a list of COVID precautions we have implemented to ensure your safety\nYou are unable to attend but want to schedule your own PRIVATE TEA TIME.\n\nThe day prior to this event you will receive a confirmation email with COVID precautions we have implemented and a waiver to sign prior to attending. DESCRIPTION:Private School Day Off\nFriday\, November 12\, 2021\nCamp: 9-3pm\nExtra Care: 8-9am and 3-5pm \nAges 4-11\nMinimum: 5 children \n\n\n\n\nIt is no secret interaction with peers is a key component to a well rounded education. By becoming part of this small camp environment\, your child will enjoy the merits of a comfortable and safe setting for social interaction\, hosted by caring staff. Manners Camp is an on-going skill building program\, encouraging positive behaviors\, responsibility and good old fashioned fun. Lessons in etiquette and social graces along with arts and crafts make the perfect compliment to your child’s education. \nLUNCH\nPlease plan to send your child with a packed lunch. We will let you know if catered lunch is available the day prior to camp. \n\n\nREFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS\nCamp reservations are non-refundable. It is our pleasure to transfer your registration to any available date within the winter/spring 2021 school year\, with at least one week notice. \n\nCOVID-19 precautions: \n\nAll staff are vaccinated for COVID-19.\nWe have a strong circulation of air with 25′ ceilings and keep our large garage door open for additional air\, weather permitting.\nWe have put into place a stringent daily cleaning regimen for all shared common surfaces and play items.\nHand washing will take place often. Additionally\, hand sanitizer is always available.\nMasks are not required.\nDrop-off and pick-up will be on the front steps\, outside of the tearoom.\nHydration is important and while we normally offer a water station\, we ask children to bring their own water bottle and  refill as needed.\nDaily activities will remain as close to what they were prior to COVID-19\, including short outdoor excursion in the neighborhood or park along with arts and crafts time.

Mrs. B will host from the tearoom and YOU ARE INVITED TO BE HER SPECIAL GUEST either in-person or virtually. She is sure to entertain\, inform\, enchant and inspire you with her stories of history and traditions as we all sip and savor a variety of teas.\nAll teas are from Teaism\, a premier Japanese-inspired tea house in Washington\, D.C. that serves loose-leaf teas and healthy food in a fast-casual environment.\nVirtual guests will be able to join from anywhere with a computer. A Zoom link will be emailed to you once you register as well as the day before the event. If you want to receive the sample of tea and treats by mail in time for our program we must receive your registration the Monday prior to our event\, November 8.
