Welcome to Tea With Mrs. B - A Children’s Tea Room with Everyday Manners Classes in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland and serving the greater Washington D.C. area!

In an effort to teach and guide children and young adults in the finer things of life, Mrs. Rebecca Czarniecki, better known as Mrs. B, has opened a children’s tea room and developed innovative courses for teaching life long lessons in etiquette, poise and good manners - intermingling old manners with modern.

Learning and remembering proper manners becomes easy, fun and memorable for all her guests.  She teaches children how to become engaging and comfortable with older audiences as well as their peers.  She encourages them to use their imaginations and developing minds as they assume secure positions within society.  Her guests become happy and well adjusted within a variety of social settings.
