Rebecca Czarniecki grew up here and there, around the world; comfortable and at home wherever she was, always making friends along the way. She was a joyful child, a peace keeper, an entertainer, a gymnast and dancer, a ten o’clock scholar! Her academic prowess gave rise to attaining undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Denver. It was there she discovered her love of children and tea. Mrs. B translated and read to children in Spanish and English. Her entrepreneurial skills gave birth to her first personal endeavor as The Muffin Lady, where she solicited customers on the ski slopes and university, selling baked goods. A timely and fortuitous marriage saved her from her otherwise pointless life in Colorado. She met and married Jesse Czarniecki of Indiana and settled down to a lovely little cottage life in Arlington, Virginia. There she gave birth, with pregnant anticipation, to the idea of a small business called Tea with Mrs. B. Tapping into her countless connections around the world, she began to meaningfully manifest this grand plan and today we have the burgeoning and lovely tea time sessions with everyday manners, etiquette and social refinements for children. Using teatime accoutrements and developing keen conversations at her tea time sessions is her gift to give her guests.
